Love Birds
Alexander McQueen Spring 2007
This skirt and I had a very brief encounter earlier
today. Of course, at the time I thought it was a dress
that was too small on me!
I was very surprised to find a McQueen at
the Neiman Marcus Last Call in Katy Mills. It
only cost about $1,500 and that was on sale too.
Birds are my favorite animal so I was so excited to
even try it on. Check out the Bird Lace
Detail. So intricate and delicate, I melted inside.
Sooooo Beautiful... These pictures do it no justice.

Prada For Almost Nada
I was at the mall yesterday when something
so pleasing yet disturbing caught my eye.
It's no secret that floral is the IT print and
trend of the season. The window display at Express
is what made me stop and stare.
Obviously reminded me of the 2008 Prada Resort Collection .
All of the Prada Collections this Spring have been making
me crazy. So it was pretty awesome to find something so
exactly similar!
I dont tend to think of Express as being so fashion forward and I looked
at other stuff on thie site... pretty cheesy club gear and work basics. I hope
they don't do well so I can get one on sale ;)
Silk Strapless Dress in Midnight Roses
$128.00 Express.com
This is the one I want, if any... Loving
the silhouette and retro rose print.
Birthday Dress or Half my Ticket to L.A.? Hmmm...

School Gym Fashion
I havent posted pictures of the fashion show because I wasn't too
excited about the results. The first feeling I got when it was over can
only be described as relief. There are just so many pictures so I am going
to make separate post. These are some of the preparation before the show...
My Bags and Anya's Tool Box
Paul Mitchell Design Team did the Hair and Makeup for my girls.
There was some drama with the "Promotions Class" who thought I stole
them from the school. Actually, Whitney is a friend and hooked it up
when the school originally flaked.
Paul Mitchell Design Team from the school at Town & Country
Momo the biggo Bug-O
I wanted the hair to be curly and teased and HUGE.
Paul Mitchell Design team did such a great job on our models!
Jen Pena
I wanted the make up to be a red wine lip and
touch of plum to enhance their eye color.
Judy is from Uganda and so perfect. We
stalked her down at the Galleria.
Phoenix was one of Anyas model... Finger waves were
popular in the '20s but they did a great job making it modern.
Holly G
Phoenix is in highschool but she makes
her uniform look so cute.
Rehearsal
Special Thanks to Mo Maun, Jen, Holly, Whitney, and Todd!
Finally, I'm so glad to be out of school since I will be able to
concentrate on styling, blogging and leisure reading.
Will post more pictures tomorrow!
