Hot Chanel Mess

"...a kid with a can of hot pink spray
paint sprinting down Spring Street,
tagging everything he possibly could

before a police officer tackled him, and
he burst into tear."
-Nylon Blog

I have a feeling Karl Lagerfeld
might be a little pissed but he will
definitely find inspiration from this
pink mess. However, I must admit
it looks pretty bad ass.

Golden Studs

I am not a fan of chipped nail polish. My nail

polish has been known to chip just hours into
my day. NAGL. Therefore, when my coworker
Carly told me about Minx, it seemed like a
beautiful idea.
She had it done in Chrome and it's the
most amazing thing I've seen in Nail Art.

I have been jonesing for this
pattern. Super Sick!

Reminds me of a golden Tetris.

'Cause I Said

The Latest

My poor Vaio finally gave out on me
earlier this week. I just purchased
this Acer Netbook which should
make my blogging life easier. I want
to eventually buy an iMac. The Acer
was a smarter decision for me.

The past two weeks have been a
whirlwind and I am digging all my
latest decision making. I am completely obsessed with decorating/organizing my
new place. It is such a relaxing task for
me.

I absolutely love this picture.
I have been using a bag very much
like the one in the picture. My favorite
part are the vases crowded on the table.
I find them quite enchanting and inspiring.
I am already on a mission to find some to
give me a similar effect for my apartment.
I hope to post pictures soon. Should have
baby Acer by Monday.

Style Appreciation Hour

It's kind of late and I have way too much caffeine
in my system to sleep. I really liked both these looks

and wanted to share them with you.

Men Take Note
I am in love with this
outfit. Everything is so
perfect. Digging how he
mixed so many textures
and colors. They all work
so well together. Each piece
compliments the other to
create a really effortless
but stylish look.

Girls In Bow Ties
I am going to look into
being able to pull off a
bow tie. She does a good
job by combining a men's
inspired oxford. I love the
school uniform feel of this.
Must play with the idea soon.

L'Amant

I love the wardrobe in this film.
I am dreaming of outfits inspired
by this one look.

The film takes place in 1920's French
Indochina. The wardrobe does a huge
part in telling the story. It's kind of
soft core but beautifully shot.
Highly recommended

I really want to style a photo
 story inspired by this film.

Balenciaga / Pre Fall 2009

This blog doubles as an inspiration journal for myself.
I NEED those pants... this has inspired me to wear my
ninja pants tomorrow. Will most likely take pictures.
I've noticed I can't stop wearing all black, lace and
my impossible YSLove boots.
