20's Silhouette, Bow-tie Necklace, Vintage Lace Camisole
I love styling Linda. I tend to dress her in things I
can't wear. Just about anything looks fabulous on her.
That dress was very unappealing on the rack. But I
recognized the silhouete and knew it would suit her perfectly.
ev,
Sheer and I am obsessing over
that color for the summer
It looks like Linda is hitting on me.
Mel
Check out the yellow "tribal" Make up. So dope.
It was really subtle though and only showed in
strong lighting or with flash.
Jen. I picked out that dress. So refined. Jen is 19
and that dress definitely added a new level of maturity.

Another Night
Sunday, May 18, 2008
Hello Lover!
Just the other night I couldn't stop obsessing
over these Pierre Hardy Boots. I kept thinking
to myself:
"If I had to wear any shoe for the
rest of my life... it would be these"
The good news is I found some similar
enough to keep me happy!
They also remind me of the black
jersey mesh I used in my collection.

Love Birds

Alexander McQueen Spring 2007
This skirt and I had a very brief encounter earlier
today. Of course, at the time I thought it was a dress
that was too small on me!
I was very surprised to find a McQueen at
the Neiman Marcus Last Call in Katy Mills. It
only cost about $1,500 and that was on sale too.
Birds are my favorite animal so I was so excited to
even try it on. Check out the Bird Lace
Detail. So intricate and delicate, I melted inside.
Sooooo Beautiful... These pictures do it no justice.

Prada For Almost Nada
I was at the mall yesterday when something
so pleasing yet disturbing caught my eye.
It's no secret that floral is the IT print and
trend of the season. The window display at Express
is what made me stop and stare.
Obviously reminded me of the 2008 Prada Resort Collection .
All of the Prada Collections this Spring have been making
me crazy. So it was pretty awesome to find something so
exactly similar!
I dont tend to think of Express as being so fashion forward and I looked
at other stuff on thie site... pretty cheesy club gear and work basics. I hope
they don't do well so I can get one on sale ;)
Silk Strapless Dress in Midnight Roses
$128.00 Express.com
This is the one I want, if any... Loving
the silhouette and retro rose print.

School Gym Fashion
I havent posted pictures of the fashion show because I wasn't too
excited about the results. The first feeling I got when it was over can
only be described as relief. There are just so many pictures so I am going
to make separate post. These are some of the preparation before the show...
My Bags and Anya's Tool Box
Paul Mitchell Design Team did the Hair and Makeup for my girls.
There was some drama with the "Promotions Class" who thought I stole
them from the school. Actually, Whitney is a friend and hooked it up
when the school originally flaked.
Paul Mitchell Design Team from the school at Town & Country
Momo the biggo Bug-O
I wanted the hair to be curly and teased and HUGE.
Paul Mitchell Design team did such a great job on our models!
Jen Pena
I wanted the make up to be a red wine lip and
touch of plum to enhance their eye color.
Judy is from Uganda and so perfect. We
stalked her down at the Galleria.
Phoenix was one of Anyas model... Finger waves were
popular in the '20s but they did a great job making it modern.
Holly G
Phoenix is in highschool but she makes
her uniform look so cute.
Rehearsal
Special Thanks to Mo Maun, Jen, Holly, Whitney, and Todd!
Finally, I'm so glad to be out of school since I will be able to
concentrate on styling, blogging and leisure reading.
Will post more pictures tomorrow!

One Step Dressing
Tibi Jumpsuit $388 Net-A-Porter.com
The ONLY jumpsuit I need in my life.
There are sooooo many ways I could wear it!
For example, you can pull the legs up into shorts
or add a different belt. Off the shoulder, on the shoulder
and so many layering options! Great investment, basically.
Tomorrow morning is my last class ever... except for maybe
two summer school classes! I will try and upload pictures from
the fashion show this weekend. My BFFRZ Linda will be in town
for the weekend. LOADS of pictures to come.

Always Sneaking Up On Me
I can not stress how fun these parties are. Cheap drinks,
sexy bartenders, dope art, and great music.
Remember always dress up because it is sexier that way.
Also, VOX TROT!!! You can bet Lety and I will be singing our little hearts out...
ALSO
I am planning on visiting L.A. in June/July to support my brother
and some friends on America's Best Dance Crew.
I dont have too many details but I do need a place to stay, prolly...
or some companions to join me?
Hit me up if you are down!

Oh Men
I realized I post more about shoes than anything else. However, it has
been a while since any Mens post. So here are some of my favorite mens
shoes at the moment.
Clae Romare Hi $137.00 RevolveClothing.com
There is another Dark Brown and
Olive combination I like better for fall.
Gram Sneaker $123.00 Revolveclothing.com
So casual and cool.

Umbro by Kim Jones $167.00 RevolveClothing.com
I really like how plain these are but
specifically the beige suede accents.
All of the above will enhance an outfit as opposed to being THE
outfit. They are simple but can still speak for themselves. If
you're the non flashy type but still know whats good... Then
these are for you.
